Danjela Jakaj is a lawyer with experience in administrative and tax law, as well as commercial contracts. She has a strong academic background in European and international business law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, where she was recognized as an Excellent Student, and has completed an Executive Master in EU Membership & Accession Negotiations, ranking among the top 2% of the program.

Ms. Jakaj further advanced her expertise by completing a Master’s degree in International and European Business Law at KU Leuven (Belgium), graduating cum laude. Her academic focus included Artificial Intelligence and Tax Law, with a master’s thesis on EU VAT reforms for digital services and cross-border challenges. She has represented clients before first-instance and appellate courts and has acted as a supporting lawyer in cases before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.

Ms. Jakaj also has experience in public procurement and administrative appeals. Known for her analytical skills and results-oriented approach, Danjela Jakaj combines academic excellence with practical legal experience.
