afaj & Associates was established in 1992 by Dr. Sinan Tafaj, a pioneer of the Albanian legal profession following the country’s transition to a democratic system.
With over 40 years of experience and a Doctorate degree, Dr. Tafaj combined a distinguished academic career with a visionary approach to private practice, laying the foundation for a firm that bridges traditional expertise with modern international standards.
Today, the firm is powered by a dedicated team of seven lawyers and a network of twenty specialist collaborators. This collective expertise allows us to provide nuanced, practical solutions across a broad spectrum of law, including civil, commercial, property, and administrative litigation.
