Agred Tafaj is a lawyer with an international academic background and experience in international commercial law, property law, and legal operations. He holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge, graduating with distinction, and has completed both his Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Civil Law at the University of Tirana, ranking in the top 2% of his cohort.

Mr Tafaj began his career at Tafaj & Associates, where he was involved in property law, construction contracts, and administrative law matters, including representation before national courts. He also served as a legal advisor to the Parliament of Albania, within the Economy Committee, contributing to legal and policy analysis on economic and legislative matters.

Following his studies at Cambridge, Mr. Tafaj worked in London at a financial institution, where he developed expertise in drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements, including SaaS arrangements, and in legal matters at the intersection of law and technology, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Since 2026, Agred Tafaj has rejoined Tafaj & Associates, where he contributes to the firm’s strategic legal advisory, with a focus on international, commercial, and technology-related matters
